This composition is mainly used to help the body digest food properly when natural enzyme production is low or digestion is sluggish.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (when the pancreas does not make enough digestive enzymes)
- Indigestion, bloating and gas after meals
- Poor digestion due to chronic pancreatitis or after pancreatic surgery
- Supportive treatment along with other digestive disorder treatments
HOW IT WORKS
- Lipase helps break down fats into fatty acids and glycerol
- Amylase helps break down carbohydrates into simple sugars

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Usually taken with meals or just before eating, to help digest the food
- Swallow tablets or capsules with a full glass of water
- Do not crush or chew unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to
- Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it with your next meal if it is close to that time
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
- If you miss doses often, discuss with your doctor about adjusting your meal-time routine
