This medicine is used to relieve pain, swelling and fever caused by various painful conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Joint pain and stiffness from osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis
• Muscle pain, sprains and strains
• Pain and swelling after injury or surgery
• Dental pain
• Fever with pain

HOW IT WORKS

• Etodolac is an NSAID that blocks enzymes (COX) responsible for producing chemicals that cause pain, swelling and inflammation
• Paracetamol acts on the brain's pain and temperature-regulating centres to reduce pain and bring down fever
• Together they give faster and more complete relief than either medicine alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not a cure for arthritis or any underlying disease, only relieves symptoms
• Not meant for long-term daily use without medical supervision
• Not for treating infections, as it has no antibacterial or antiviral action
• Not recommended for children unless specifically prescribed

• Severe skin reaction with blistering or peeling
• Unusual bruising, bleeding, or very reduced urine output

How to Use ETOFREE P TABLET (ETODOLAC 400 MG + PARACETAMOL 500 MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed
• Avoid taking other paracetamol- or NSAID-containing products at the same time
• Do not consume alcohol while on this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Dispose of unused or expired medicine safely as per local guidelines

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to etodolac, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs like aspirin/ibuprofen

• Have a history of asthma triggered by NSAIDs
