This medicine is prescribed for painful muscle spasm associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as acute back pain, neck pain, and other muscular injuries where both pain and muscle tightness are present.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Acute low back pain with muscle spasm
• Neck pain and stiffness due to muscle spasm
• Painful musculoskeletal conditions with inflammation
• Short-term relief of pain after muscle strain or injury

HOW IT WORKS

• Etodolac blocks certain enzymes (COX) that produce pain and inflammation-causing chemicals in the body
• Thiocolchicoside acts on the muscle and nervous system to relax tight, spasming muscles
• Together they relieve both the pain and the muscle tightness causing it

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not for long-term daily use in chronic pain without medical supervision
• Not a treatment for infections or fever

• Swelling of face, lips, or throat, or difficulty breathing (allergic reaction)
• Severe skin rash, blistering, or peeling
• Chest pain or sudden shortness of breath
• Reduced urine output or swelling of legs

How to Use ETORNEXT TH 4MG TABLET (Etodolac (400mg) + Thiocolchicoside (4mg))

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Use for the shortest duration needed to control symptoms, generally a few days
• Do not increase the dose or frequency on your own
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
