How to Use FAA 20MG TABLET (IRON ZINC FOLIC ACID VITAMIN B12)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Usually taken once daily, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset
- Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Avoid taking with tea, coffee or milk as they can reduce absorption
- Take at the same time each day for best results
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep out of reach of children, as iron overdose in children can be dangerous
