WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Regular maintenance treatment of asthma

- Reducing frequency of asthma or COPD flare-ups
HOW IT WORKS
- Formoterol relaxes the muscles around the airways, making breathing easier
- Fluticasone Propionate reduces inflammation and swelling inside the airways
- Together they help control symptoms and prevent attacks over time
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not for immediate relief of a sudden asthma attack or breathlessness
- Not a rescue inhaler for emergency use
- Not for infections of the chest such as pneumonia or bronchitis

- Blurred vision or eye pain (possible signs of glaucoma)
- Signs of low potassium such as severe muscle weakness

How to Use FORMOFLO 100 TRANSCAP (FORMOTEROL 6MCG + FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE 100MCG)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Use only by inhalation, as prescribed by your doctor
- Follow the exact number of puffs and frequency advised by your doctor
- Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own
- Rinse your mouth with water after each use to reduce risk of oral thrush
- Do not use this inhaler for sudden breathing difficulty; keep a separate rescue inhaler if advised
- Shake the inhaler before use if instructed by the label or your pharmacist
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one

- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep away from children
- Do not puncture or expose the inhaler canister to heat or flame
