WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Diabetic nerve pain (peripheral neuropathy)
• Pain due to nerve compression, such as in the back or neck
• Nerve pain following shingles or nerve injury
• General nerve weakness with tingling, numbness, or burning sensation

HOW IT WORKS

• Gabapentin acts on nerves and brain to reduce abnormal pain signals
