This medicine is mainly used to manage nerve-related (neuropathic) pain and to support nerve health.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Pain due to diabetic nerve damage (diabetic neuropathy)
• Nerve pain after shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia)
• Nerve pain due to injury, compression, or other nerve disorders
• Sometimes used along with other treatments for such pain

HOW IT WORKS

• Pregabalin reduces abnormal electrical activity in damaged nerves, lowering pain signals sent to the brain
• Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that helps repair and maintain the protective covering of nerves

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Swallow the capsule/tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Can be taken with or without food, but taking it the same way each day helps consistency
• Avoid alcohol as it can increase drowsiness

IF YOU MISS A DOSE
