This composition is mainly used to help clean and moisten the eyes or wounds and to support healing of minor irritation, dryness or infection-prone areas.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Lubricating dry or irritated eyes
- Cleaning and irrigating minor wounds or ulcers
- Helping remove debris or discharge from the affected area
- Supporting management of mild surface infections when advised by a doctor
HOW IT WORKS
- Sodium carboxymethylcellulose is a lubricant that holds moisture and forms a protective film over the eye or wound surface
- Oxychlorosene is a mild antiseptic/antimicrobial agent that helps reduce germs on the surface being treated
- Together they help clean, moisten and protect the area while reducing risk of surface infection
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not used for deep or serious infections
- Not a treatment for glaucoma or other internal eye diseases
- Not meant for oral use or ingestion
- Not a substitute for proper wound stitching or surgical treatment when needed

How to Use GLY TEARS EYE DROP (SODIUM CARBOXYMETHYLCELLULOSE+OXYCHLORO)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Use only as directed by your doctor for the eye or wound area
- Wash your hands before applying
- For eye use, tilt your head back and apply the drops or gel into the lower eyelid pocket without touching the tip to the eye or skin
- For wound use, clean the area gently as instructed before applying
- Do not share your applicator or bottle with anyone else
- Continue use for as long as your doctor recommends, even if symptoms improve
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not apply extra to make up for a missed dose
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat
- Keep the container tightly closed when not in use
- Do not use after the expiry date
- Discard the bottle after the recommended period once opened, as advised on the label
- Keep out of reach of children
