This combination medicine is mainly used to treat symptoms of common cold, flu, and allergic conditions affecting the nose and throat.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Fever and body pain associated with cold and flu
- Blocked or stuffy nose due to cold, sinusitis, or allergy
- Runny nose and sneezing
- Watery eyes and mild allergic symptoms along with cold
HOW IT WORKS
- Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves mild to moderate pain by acting on the brain's temperature and pain centres
- Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose, reducing stuffiness
- Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that blocks histamine action, reducing sneezing, itching, and watery discharge

- Bacterial infections such as throat or chest infections needing antibiotics
- Severe or persistent asthma or breathing difficulty

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor or as directed on the pack
- Usually taken after food to reduce stomach upset
- Swallow tablets with a glass of water; do not chew or crush unless advised
- If using syrup, use the measuring cup provided for accurate dosing
- Do not take more than the recommended dose or for longer than advised
- Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products at the same time
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep out of reach and sight of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
- Dispose of unused medicine safely, do not flush down the drain

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
- Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine, or any other ingredient
- Have severe liver disease
- Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease
- Are taking or have recently taken MAO inhibitor medicines
- Have narrow-angle glaucoma or severe urinary retention
