This composition is used to treat eye inflammation and discomfort, particularly following eye surgery, and to relieve itching caused by seasonal allergies affecting the eyes.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Relieving pain and inflammation after cataract or other eye surgery
- Reducing itching due to seasonal allergic conjunctivitis
- Managing eye discomfort caused by inflammation
HOW IT WORKS
- Ketorolac blocks certain enzymes (COX) that produce chemicals causing pain and swelling in the eye
- Benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative, preventing bacterial growth in the eye drop solution and helping the drug penetrate the eye surface
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Bacterial, viral, or fungal eye infections
- Glaucoma or increased eye pressure
- Dry eyes not related to inflammation
- General eye redness unrelated to surgery or allergy

How to Use KETLUR-LS EYE DROP (KETOROLAC+BENZALKONIUM)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Use only in the eye, as prescribed by your doctor
- Wash your hands before applying the drops
- Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and place the drop inside without touching the dropper tip to your eye
- Close your eyes gently for a minute after applying
- If using other eye drops, wait at least 5-10 minutes between different medicines
- Do not touch the tip of the bottle to any surface to avoid contamination
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as scheduled
- Do not apply extra drops to make up for a missed dose
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use
- Discard the bottle after the recommended period once opened, as advised on the label
- Keep out of reach of children

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
