This medicine is used to treat cough with mucus that is accompanied by breathlessness, wheezing or chest tightness, commonly seen in bronchitis, asthma-related cough and other respiratory tract conditions.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Cough with thick, sticky mucus
- Cough associated with wheezing or breathlessness
- Bronchitis and other airway conditions with mucus build-up
HOW IT WORKS
- Ambroxol breaks down and thins mucus, making it easier to cough up
- Guaifenesin increases fluid in the airways to loosen phlegm further
- Terbutaline relaxes the muscles around the airways, widening them to ease breathing

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a measuring cup provided
- Shake the bottle well before use
- Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
- Drink plenty of water while on this medicine, unless restricted by your doctor
- Do not take more than the prescribed amount or for longer than advised
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one

- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep the bottle tightly closed
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label
- Discard any unused syrup as per local guidelines after the course is complete
