This combination medicine is mainly used to relieve moderate to severe pain along with inflammation and fever.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of moderate pain such as back pain, joint pain, and muscle pain
• Pain and swelling after injury, sprain, or surgery
• Toothache and other short-term acute pain conditions
• Fever associated with pain or inflammation

HOW IT WORKS

• Lornoxicam is an NSAID that blocks enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) that produce chemicals causing pain, swelling, and inflammation
• Paracetamol works mainly in the brain to reduce pain signals and lower fever
• Together they give faster and more complete relief than either medicine alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for long-term or chronic pain management without medical supervision
• Not a treatment for the underlying cause of pain, such as infection or arthritis progression
• Not meant for prevention of heart disease or blood clots
• Not suitable for children unless specifically advised by a doctor

• Difficulty breathing, swelling of face/lips/throat (allergic reaction)
• Chest pain, sudden weakness, or slurred speech
• Reduced urine output or swelling suggesting kidney problems

How to Use LOFEQUIK TABLET (LORNOXICAM 4mg+PCM 325mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water
• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to
• Do not take more than the prescribed dose or for longer than advised
• Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products at the same time to prevent overdose

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to lornoxicam, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs (such as aspirin or ibuprofen)
• Have active stomach or intestinal ulcers or bleeding
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Are in the last trimester of pregnancy
• Have a history of asthma triggered by NSAIDs
