WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Acute muscle spasm with pain
• Back pain and neck pain due to muscle strain
• Sprains and soft tissue injuries with associated muscle tightness
• Short-term relief of localized musculoskeletal pain

HOW IT WORKS

• Ketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation by blocking certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the body
• Thiocolchicosine acts on the central nervous system to relax tight or spasming muscles, helping relieve stiffness and improve movement
• Together they target both the pain/inflammation and the muscle spasm causing it

• Long-term or chronic pain management
• Fever unrelated to musculoskeletal pain

How to Use LUPIFLEX 4MG TABLET (KETOPROFEN 50 MG + THIOCOLCHICOSIDE 4 MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet/capsule whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not increase the dose or use it for longer than prescribed, as this medicine is generally meant for short-term use
• Avoid lying down immediately after taking it
• Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to ketoprofen, thiocolchicosine, aspirin, or other NSAIDs
• Have active stomach or intestinal ulcers or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding
• Have severe kidney, liver, or heart failure
• Are pregnant, especially in the third trimester, or breastfeeding
• Have a history of seizures or epilepsy (due to thiocolchicosine)
