WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Acute low back pain with muscle spasm
• Neck pain and stiffness
• Sprains, strains and muscular injuries

HOW IT WORKS

• Diclofenac is a pain-and-inflammation reliever (NSAID) that reduces swelling and pain

• Unusual bleeding or bruising
• Severe skin reaction with blisters or peeling

How to Use MOBIZOX TABLET (Diclofenac 50mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Chlorzoxazone 500mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not increase the dose or frequency on your own
• Do not take for longer than prescribed
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone or NSAIDs
• Have active stomach ulcers or bleeding
• Have severe liver or kidney disease
• Are in the last trimester of pregnancy
• Have had asthma, hives or allergic reactions triggered by aspirin or other NSAIDs

TELL YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING IF YOU

• Have a history of stomach ulcers, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems
• Are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
• Drink alcohol regularly
