Uses and Benefits of MUVERA 15MG TABLET (MELOXICAM 15MG.)

Meloxicam 15mg is mainly prescribed to manage pain and inflammation associated with long-term joint disorders.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Osteoarthritis pain and stiffness
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis and other inflammatory joint conditions
• Short-term relief of pain and swelling as advised by a doctor

HOW IT WORKS

• Blocks enzymes called cyclo-oxygenase (COX), mainly COX-2
• Reduces production of prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation
• Helps improve joint movement and reduce stiffness over time

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• It is not a cure for arthritis, only symptom relief
• Not meant for sudden, severe injury pain unless advised by a doctor

• Reduced urination or swelling suggesting kidney problems
• Severe skin reaction with blistering or peeling

How to Use MUVERA 15MG TABLET (MELOXICAM 15MG.)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily

• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor tells you to
• Do not increase the dose or take it for longer than prescribed
• Avoid alcohol while on this medicine as it increases stomach irritation risk

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
