This combination medicine is mainly used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults who need more than one medicine to control their blood pressure.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Long-term control of high blood pressure
• Sometimes used to help manage certain heart conditions along with other medicines, as decided by your doctor

HOW IT WORKS

• Nebivolol blocks beta receptors in the heart, slowing the heart rate and reducing the force of each heartbeat
• S-Amlodipine relaxes and widens blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
• Take it at the same time every day to help you remember
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor tells you otherwise
• Do not stop taking it suddenly, even if you feel better, without asking your doctor
• Continue taking it regularly even if your blood pressure seems normal, as it needs ongoing control

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
