This medicine is mainly used to treat abnormal blood fat (lipid) levels and vitamin B3 deficiency.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Lowering high triglyceride levels
• Lowering high LDL (bad) cholesterol
• Raising low HDL (good) cholesterol
• Treating or preventing niacin (vitamin B3) deficiency, including pellagra

HOW IT WORKS

• Reduces the liver's production of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol
• Increases HDL cholesterol levels
• Replenishes vitamin B3 needed for normal skin, nerve, and digestive function

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

HOW TO TAKE IT
