HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Can be taken with or without food, but try to take it at the same time each day
• Do not stop taking suddenly, especially the metoprolol component, as this can cause a sudden rise in heart rate or blood pressure
