This combination is mainly used to treat acid-related stomach problems along with symptoms like nausea, bloating, and vomiting caused by delayed stomach emptying.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Acidity, heartburn, and acid reflux (GERD)
• Stomach ulcers related to excess acid
• Nausea, vomiting, and bloating linked with acid disorders
• Discomfort after meals due to slow stomach emptying

HOW IT WORKS

• Pantoprazole blocks the acid pump in the stomach lining, reducing acid production
• Domperidone increases stomach and intestinal movement, helping food pass through faster
• Together they relieve acidity and the associated nausea or fullness

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush
• Take on an empty stomach, generally 30 minutes before a meal, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Do not stop the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Do not store in the bathroom or near a sink

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have a tumour of the pituitary gland (prolactinoma)
• Have moderate to severe liver disease (for domperidone component)
