WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Diabetic nerve pain (peripheral neuropathy)
• Nerve pain after shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia)
• Nerve pain due to injury, compression, or other causes
• Vitamin B12 deficiency-related nerve damage

HOW IT WORKS

• Gabapentin reduces abnormal electrical activity in nerves, decreasing pain signals sent to the brain
