WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Nerve pain due to diabetes (diabetic neuropathy)
• Nerve pain after shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia)
• Nerve pain from spinal cord injury
• Fibromyalgia (widespread muscle pain and tenderness)
• As an add-on treatment for certain types of epilepsy (partial-onset seizures)
• Generalized anxiety disorder, when prescribed by a doctor

HOW IT WORKS

How to Use PREGABID-50 CAPSULE (Pregabalin 50mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually two to three times a day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet or capsule with water; do not chew unless directed
• Do not stop taking suddenly, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms like trouble sleeping, nausea, headache or anxiety
• Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, unless your doctor tells you to stop
• Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
