WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Controlling high blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes

HOW IT WORKS

• Remogliflozin helps the kidneys remove extra sugar from the body through urine

• Sudden dehydration, dizziness on standing, or very low blood pressure

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says so

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember, with food if it is close to a meal time

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have a severe infection, recent heart attack, or condition causing low oxygen in the body
