WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Lowering high LDL (bad) cholesterol
• Lowering high triglyceride levels
• Raising HDL (good) cholesterol
• Reducing risk of heart disease in people with abnormal blood fat levels

HOW IT WORKS

• Rosuvastatin blocks an enzyme in the liver needed to make cholesterol

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
