• Low blood pressure on standing (Orthostatic hypotension)
• Retrograde ejaculation or reduced semen during ejaculation
• Decreased libido
• Erectile dysfunction
• Breast tenderness or enlargement
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Stuffy nose (Nasal congestion)
• Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe dizziness, fainting, allergic reactions, chest pain, or a prolonged painful erection (priapism).

How to Use SILDORICH D8 CAPSULES (SILODOSIN 8MG + DUTASTERIDE 0.5MG)

• Take the capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
• Take once daily with a meal, preferably at the same time every day.
• Continue treatment for the full duration recommended by your doctor.
• Do not stop taking the medicine without medical advice

Prescription medicine – use only under medical supervision.

Intended for adult men only.

Not recommended for women or children.

Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver disease, or low blood pressure.

Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to reduce the risk of dizziness.

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy.

Limit alcohol consumption, as it may increase dizziness and the risk of low blood pressure.

Inform your ophthalmologist before cataract or glaucoma surgery, as Silodosin may cause Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome (IFIS).

Men taking Dutasteride should avoid donating blood for at least 6 months after stopping treatment.

Tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, especially blood pressure medicines and medicines for erectile dysfunction (such as sildenafil or tadalafil), as they may increase the risk of low blood pressure.
