This medicine is used to treat overactive bladder (OAB), a condition where the bladder muscle contracts too often, causing frequent and urgent need to urinate, sometimes with leakage of urine.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Sudden, strong urge to urinate (urgency)
• Frequent urination during day and night
• Involuntary leakage of urine linked to urgency (urge incontinence)

HOW IT WORKS

• Mirabegron relaxes the bladder muscle, allowing it to hold more urine
• Solifenacin blocks certain nerve signals that cause the bladder to contract unnecessarily
• Together, they reduce urgency, frequency, and leakage episodes

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for urinary tract infections
• Not used for stress incontinence caused by physical activity like coughing or sneezing
• Not used for prostate enlargement without overactive bladder symptoms

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew
• Can be taken with or without food, at the same time each day
• Drink adequate water unless advised otherwise

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep the tablet in its original blister pack until you are ready to take it
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Mirabegron, Solifenacin, or similar medicines
• Have severe, uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Have urinary retention or severe stomach/intestinal blockage
• Have uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma
• Are on dialysis or have severe kidney or liver disease without doctor's approval
