HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or without food
• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush unless your doctor says it is a chewable or sublingual form
• Take at the same time(s) each day to maintain steady effect
• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this may worsen chest pain
• Sit down before taking a dose during an angina attack, as it may cause dizziness

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct heat, light, and moisture
• Keep the container tightly closed

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have severe anaemia
