This medicine combination is mainly used to treat pain and swelling associated with conditions like injuries, dental pain, ENT infections, muscle and joint pain, and post-surgical swelling, along with fever.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of moderate pain such as toothache, muscle pain, and joint pain
• Reducing fever
• Reducing swelling and inflammation after injury or surgery
• Pain and swelling from ENT and dental procedures

HOW IT WORKS

• Nimesulide blocks chemicals in the body that cause pain, fever and inflammation
• Paracetamol acts on the brain's pain and temperature control centres to reduce pain and fever
• Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down inflammatory proteins, reducing swelling and helping healing

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not for long-term daily use for chronic pain without medical supervision
• Not a treatment for the underlying cause of infection, such as bacteria or viruses
• Not recommended for children below 12 years unless specifically advised
• Not to be used for unexplained persistent fever without medical evaluation

How to Use SUMOFLAM TABLET (Nimesulide 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg + Serratiopeptidase 15mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not take more than the prescribed dose or for longer than advised
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
• Do not take on an empty stomach as it may cause stomach irritation

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
