This medicine is used to treat symptoms of common cold, flu and allergic conditions affecting the nose and sinuses.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Relief of runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes
- Relief of fever and body ache associated with cold or flu
- Relief of nasal and sinus congestion
- Symptomatic relief in seasonal allergies
HOW IT WORKS
- Chlorpheniverse maleate is an antihistamine that blocks allergy-causing chemicals in the body
- Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves mild to moderate pain
- Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose to reduce stuffiness
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It does not treat bacterial infections or need not replace antibiotics

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a measuring cup or spoon
- Shake the bottle well before use if it is a suspension
- Take with or after food to reduce stomach upset
- Do not exceed the dose or frequency advised by your doctor
- Avoid taking other cold or fever medicines at the same time without checking with your doctor
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one

- Are allergic to chlorpheniramine, paracetamol, phenylephrine or any other ingredient
- Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease
- Are taking or have recently taken MAO inhibitor medicines
- Have severe liver disease
