Amitriptyline is used to treat depression and is also used in lower amounts for chronic pain conditions and migraine prevention.

How to Use TRYPTOMER 50MG Tablets (Amitriptyline 50mg)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at bedtime
- Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food
- Do not stop suddenly without talking to your doctor, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms
- It may take a few weeks to feel the full benefit, especially for depression
- Do not increase or decrease the dose on your own
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
