HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Usually taken after food to reduce stomach upset
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Avoid taking with tea, coffee, or milk as they can reduce iron absorption
- Take at the same time each day for best results
IF YOU MISS A DOSE

- Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose
