WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Secondary prevention of heart attack and stroke
• Reducing risk of clot formation after stent placement or heart attack
• Managing high cholesterol along with clot prevention in high-risk heart patients

HOW IT WORKS

• Atorvastatin lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol and stabilises fatty deposits in arteries
• Clopidogrel and Aspirin both prevent platelets from sticking together, reducing clot formation
• Together they lower the chance of blocked arteries causing heart attack or stroke

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not for treating an acute heart attack or stroke on its own during an emergency
• Not a painkiller for general body pain or fever

HOW TO TAKE IT
