WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Secondary prevention of heart attack and stroke
• Reducing risk of clot formation after stent placement or heart attack
• Managing high cholesterol along with clot prevention in high-risk heart patients

HOW IT WORKS

• Atorvastatin lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol and stabilises fatty deposits in arteries
• Clopidogrel and Aspirin both prevent platelets from sticking together, reducing clot formation

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Swallow the tablet whole with water, generally with or after food to reduce stomach upset
