WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Lowering high LDL (bad) cholesterol and total cholesterol
- Managing mixed cholesterol disorders along with diet control
- Reducing risk of heart attack and stroke in people with high cholesterol
- Supporting treatment in people with existing heart disease or diabetes with high cholesterol
HOW IT WORKS
- Atorvastatin blocks an enzyme in the liver that makes cholesterol, lowering LDL cholesterol
- Ezetimibe blocks absorption of cholesterol from food in the intestine
- Together they lower cholesterol more effectively than either medicine alone
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not a painkiller or treatment for sudden chest pain

How to Use Atorvastatin 10mg + Ezetimibe 10mg
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily in the evening

- Avoid grapefruit juice as it may increase side effects
