WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating pulmonary arterial hypertension to improve exercise capacity and slow disease progression
• Preventing new digital (finger) ulcers in people with scleroderma
• Improving symptoms like breathlessness and fatigue caused by PAH

HOW IT WORKS

• Blocks the action of endothelin, a substance that causes blood vessels to narrow
• Relaxes and widens blood vessels in the lungs
• Reduces the strain on the heart by improving blood flow

How to Use Bosentan 62.5 mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually as a tablet taken twice a day

• Do not stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can worsen your condition

• Unusual bruising or bleeding
