Bosentan 62.5 mg is mainly used to manage pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where blood pressure in the lungs' arteries is abnormally high, and to reduce the occurrence of new finger ulcers in patients with systemic sclerosis.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating pulmonary arterial hypertension to improve exercise capacity and slow disease progression
• Preventing new digital (finger) ulcers in people with scleroderma
• Improving symptoms like breathlessness and fatigue caused by PAH

HOW IT WORKS

• Blocks the action of endothelin, a substance that causes blood vessels to narrow

HOW TO TAKE IT
