WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- As an add-on treatment for epilepsy along with other anti-seizure medicines
- For short-term treatment of anxiety symptoms
- Sometimes used for muscle spasm or sleep disturbance linked to anxiety, only as advised by a doctor
HOW IT WORKS
- It enhances the effect of a natural calming chemical (GABA) in the brain
- This reduces abnormal electrical activity that causes seizures
- It also slows down overactive nerve signals, easing anxiety and tension
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not a painkiller and does not treat headaches or body pain
- It is not a first-choice long-term treatment for ordinary sleep problems
- It is not meant for daily long-term use in mild, everyday stress

How to Use Clobazam 20mg
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
- Can be taken with or without food, but taking it at the same time each day helps
- Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says so
- Do not increase the dose or stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms or seizures
