Clobazam 20mg is prescribed for controlling seizures in epilepsy and for short-term relief of severe anxiety.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• As an add-on treatment for epilepsy along with other anti-seizure medicines
• For short-term treatment of anxiety symptoms
• Sometimes used for muscle spasm or sleep disturbance linked to anxiety, only as advised by a doctor

HOW IT WORKS

• It enhances the effect of a natural calming chemical (GABA) in the brain

How to Use CLOBATOR 20MG TABLET (CLOBAZAM 20MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Can be taken with or without food, but taking it at the same time each day helps
• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says so
• Do not increase the dose or stop suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this can cause withdrawal symptoms or seizures
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine as it increases drowsiness

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
