IF YOU MISS A DOSE

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS

• Nausea or stomach upset

• Low blood sugar (especially if combined with other diabetes medicines)

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Dapagliflozin, Sitagliptin, Metformin or any ingredient in the tablet
• Have severe kidney disease
• Have diabetic ketoacidosis or a history of it
• Have severe liver disease
• Have a condition causing low oxygen or severe dehydration
• Are going to undergo certain scans involving contrast dye (tell your doctor in advance)
