HOW IT WORKS
- Lactitol pulls water into the intestine, which softens the stool and stimulates bowel movement

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not a treatment for diarrhoea

How to Use Lactitol 10gm + Ispaghula 3.5gm
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as advised by your doctor or as printed on the label
- Mix the medicine well with a full glass of water or other liquid before drinking
- Drink it promptly after mixing; do not let it sit for long
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day while taking this medicine, as fibre needs enough fluid to work properly
- Do not take it just before lying down; take it while upright
- It may take a day or two to show effect, so do not increase the dose on your own
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep the container tightly closed

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
- Have a known allergy to lactitol, ispaghula, or any ingredient in this medicine
- Have a bowel blockage (intestinal obstruction) or narrowing of the gut
- Have difficulty swallowing
- Have uncontrolled diabetes without medical guidance, as lactitol contains sugar-like components
