HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as advised by your doctor or as printed on the label
• Mix the medicine well with a full glass of water or other liquid before drinking
• Drink it promptly after mixing; do not let it sit for long
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day while taking this medicine, as fibre needs enough fluid to work properly
• Do not take it just before lying down; take it while upright
• It may take a day or two to show effect, so do not increase the dose on your own

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have a known allergy to lactitol, ispaghula, or any ingredient in this medicine

• Have difficulty swallowing
• Have uncontrolled diabetes without medical guidance, as lactitol contains sugar-like components
• Have galactose intolerance or similar rare metabolic conditions
