How to Use Linagliptin 5mg + Dapagliflozin 10mg + Metformin 500mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• Continue to follow the diet and exercise plan advised by your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember on the same day

• Sudden decrease in urination or swelling of legs/feet
• Severe pain, swelling, or redness in the genital area
