WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

How to Use DAPARYL LM 500MG Tablets (Linagliptin 5mg + Dapagliflozin 10mg + Metformin 500mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Take it with food, preferably with your first main meal of the day, to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• Continue to follow the diet and exercise plan advised by your doctor
• Keep taking it regularly even if you feel well, unless your doctor tells you to stop
• Get your blood sugar and kidney function checked regularly as advised

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember on the same day

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Have type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis

• Have severe liver disease

• Have a serious infection, severe dehydration, or are about to undergo major surgery or an imaging test with contrast dye
