How to Use Lithium Carbonate 300mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water

• Take at the same time(s) each day to maintain steady blood levels
• Drink adequate fluids and maintain normal salt intake unless told otherwise
