How to Use Methylphenidate 10mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually in the morning to avoid sleep problems
• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says it is a special formulation meant for that
• Take with or after food if it upsets your stomach
• Do not stop suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it may need to be reduced gradually
