How to Use Ramelteon 8mg
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
- Take it shortly before you plan to go to bed, on an empty stomach or after a light meal, as advised
- Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy or fatty meal, as it may reduce its effect
- Do not take an extra dose if you wake up in the middle of the night
- Ensure you can devote a full night's sleep (several hours) after taking it, as it may cause next-day drowsiness otherwise
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- If you forgot to take it at bedtime and remember later in the night, skip the missed dose
- Do not take it if there is not enough time left for a full night's sleep
- Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight
- Keep the medicine in its original pack, out of reach of children and pets
- Do not use the medicine after the expiry date printed on the pack

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
