WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS

• It blocks certain receptors in the bladder muscle called muscarinic receptors

• It does not treat urinary tract infections

How to Use Tolterodine

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice daily
• Swallow the tablet or capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew extended-release forms
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Try to take it at the same time each day to maintain steady effect

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
