How to Use ATIVAN 1MG TABLET (Lorazepam 1mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, in the dose and frequency advised

• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
• Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed
• Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor, especially if you have used it for more than a few weeks
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
