How to Use ALDROSIS TABLET
- Take Aldrosis 150 mg exactly as prescribed by your doctor, generally according to the dosing schedule recommended for Ibandronic Acid.
- It should be taken on an empty stomach, after an overnight fast.
- Take it with a full glass of plain water.
- Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush, chew or suck it.
- After taking the tablet, remain upright—standing or sitting—for at least 60 minutes to reduce the risk of oesophageal irritat
- Do not eat, drink anything other than plain water, or take other medicines/supplements for the period specified by your doctor/product instructions after the dose.
- Calcium, iron, magnesium and antacid products can interfere with absorption and should be taken separately according to medical advice.

- Prescription medicine—use only under medical supervision.
- Do not take Aldrosis if you have an abnormality of the oesophagus that delays emptying, or if you cannot remain upright for at least 60 minu
- Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease.
- Your doctor may check your blood calcium and vitamin D levels before or during treatment.
- Ensure adequate calcium and vitamin D intake as recommended by your doctor.
- Tell your dentist that you are taking a bisphosphonate, particularly before invasive dental procedures.
- Report new thigh, hip or groin pain promptly because these may rarely indicate an atypical femoral fracture.
- Avoid taking the tablet with milk, tea, coffee, juice or mineral water; plain water should be used for administration.
- Inform your doctor about all medicines, supplements and antacids you are taking.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding should be discussed with a healthcare professional before use.
