How to Use AQUAMET NASAL SPRAY (Mometasone 50 mcg)
Blow your nose gently before use. Keep one nostril closed, place the nozzle in the other nostril and spray while breathing in gently; repeat for the other nostril if prescribed. Use at the same time each day. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Clean the nozzle as directed and do not share the bottle.

Common side effects include headache, nosebleed, nasal dryness or irritation, sore throat, cough and viral infection. Tell your doctor if nosebleeds are frequent, if you have nasal sores or persistent infection. Seek urgent help for severe allergy, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, eye pain or vision changes.
