WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Vertigo (spinning or dizziness sensation)
- Meniere's disease symptoms such as vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in ears), and hearing loss
- Balance disorders caused by inner ear problems
HOW IT WORKS
- It is believed to improve blood flow in the inner ear
- It helps reduce the excess fluid pressure in the inner ear that causes vertigo
- It acts on histamine receptors in the brain and inner ear to reduce dizziness signals
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not used for motion sickness
- It is not used for general headache or migraine treatment
- It is not a painkiller and does not treat ear infections directly
- It is not used for anxiety-related dizziness

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
- It is best taken with food to reduce stomach upset
- Do not crush or chew the tablet unless your doctor tells you to
- Take it at the same time each day for consistent effect
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
